THE TURN

Agents draft. Humans commit.

Put agents under the load and your team gets its time back: synchronised workflows, more efficient, more effective, and focused on the work your team excels at. AI agents for moving faster and smarter. And that is an answer you can show a client.

AGENSE IN ACTION

One pitch, end to end.

One pitch, from a Friday brief to the win. Agense runs the week; your people run Agense.

THE OLD WAY

  1. The brief lands at five on a Friday. The response is due in seven days.
  2. First question: who is free? Nobody. Everyone is on something else, and the freelancers you trust are booked.
  3. Opinions everywhere: WhatsApp groups three threads deep, Teams, Slack, email, a Slides deck and budget, and nobody sure which version is current.
  4. Teams race ahead in parallel, and the communication slips between the gaps.
  5. The night before, the estimate comes in at three times the budget.

    Friday, 17:04.Brief in.

A brief for a global brand launch: markets, dates, a budget that says everything. Six agencies invited, seven calendar days to respond. Before anyone has read it twice, Agense has drafted the read (objectives, constraints, the questions to ask on Monday) and a plan for the week, for the MD to commit.

ONE SYSTEM

Buy the whole OS, or start with the modules you need.

Every pitch resourced before the weekend, and every project’s target profitability tracked live, not at month-end.

From the strategy that gets to a creative brief, to the concepts designed from it and sent into production for specs, drawings and numbers. From the pitch through to the project debrief, the full cycle managed in one system.

  1. Strategy

the client brief analysed; the strategic approach, the response and the measurement plan drafted; the creative brief ready before the first concept meeting.

  2. Creative

from the creative brief to concepts, 2D and 3D design, renders and the deck. Real workflows in the tools your team already runs, with the control your creative team needs over the output. The team decides; the agents model, render, lay out and version.

AI BUILT FOR THIS INDUSTRY

Built for how this work is actually done.

Not a general model with an agency skin. Agense is built around the way experiential work moves, from the client’s brief to the debrief, with an agent for each step and a person committing every one.

THE CYCLE, FROM PITCH TO DEBRIEF

  1. 01

    Client brief

    Client

Analysed on arrival, and the client helped to write a fuller one, so the agency starts from what was meant.

  2. 02

    Strategy

    Strategy

The strategic response and the measurement plan, and the creative brief drafted from them, before the first concept meeting.

  3. 03

    Creative

    Creative

Ideation and concept creation, then 2D and 3D design workflows in the tools the team already runs.

  4. 04

    Production

    Production

Specs, drawings and numbers: feasibility, RFPs and quotes compared, a costed estimate and a build schedule.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    Project management · Logistics

The critical path, the roll-out, onsite with no signal, and the record kept as the work happens.

  6. 06

    Debrief

    Finance · Operations

Target profitability tracked live from the first estimate, and the debrief drafted from the record.

  • Vertical, not horizontal. Built for experiential marketing, from the brief to the show floor, not a general AI tool shoehorned into an agency’s shape.

  • It works on a phone, onsite, with no signal. Onsite surfaces run offline and reconcile when the network comes back.

  • Structure lives in the system, not in someone’s head. Much of this industry thinks in pictures rather than process, and the many neurodiverse people in it pay the highest price when the process doesn’t work. Agense’s automated and conversational workflows hold the thread: every open loop has a home, and the next action is always in view, to help them stay focused on the mission.

  • The paperwork is a byproduct of the work, not a second job.

  • Every decision is on the record, with a name and a reason, and the record is yours.

  • There are as many AI tools as there are ways to use them, and every model has its strengths. Access to all of them costs a fortune in subscriptions and a team’s patience. Agense gives your agency the right model for each job and keeps them current, so nobody manages a stack of logins.

CONTEXT GETS IN

Agense reads. Your people write.

Agense connects to the cloud system your agency already runs, Microsoft or Google, and reads it. That is the whole of the access it holds. Correspondence attaches itself to the right project, with the right people resolved, and every draft is written against what was actually said rather than what someone remembers three weeks later.

What leaves the building leaves under a person’s name. A client update goes out from the producer’s own mailbox, after they have read it and hit send. A production schedule lands in SharePoint because someone filed it there, with their credential, at the moment they approved it. Agense never holds write access to your mail, your files or your calendar.

Why it matters, for the person who will ask.

Most tools that read your mail ask for the whole estate and hope nobody looks. Agense is scoped to the mailboxes you name, with no standing permission in your directory, and a connection cannot go live without a signed data processing agreement, a named authoriser and a date on file. Your admin can check what we hold at any time, in your own console.

THE GATE

Nothing leaves the building on an agent’s say-so.

One change, end to end.

  1. 01

Wednesday, 11:52. The client’s email arrives: a market has been added. It lands in the project by itself, with the right people resolved. Nobody forwarded it anywhere. Agense captures the change, quoted, with how sure it is.

  2. 02

It works out what that does to the estimate, the roll-out plan and the schedule to submission, and shows the line it derived each from.

  3. 03

It drafts the revision: budget v4, an updated roll-out, and the reply to the client. Badged as drafts, in the same list as the ones people raised.

  4. 04

The pitch lead reads them, changes one number, and commits. She sends the reply from her own mailbox; Agense cannot. The decision, and the reason, stay on the record.

  5. 05

What the agency learned (this client adds markets mid-pitch) is proposed back, and becomes something Agense knows only when a person confirms it.

What it learns, it learns for your agency: under your tenant, yours to export or delete. Nothing you do here teaches anyone else’s system anything. And nothing leaves through Agense at all: it reads your mail, your files and your calendar. It never writes to them.

KEEPING UP

What is your agency doing to keep up?

Your clients are already asking how the industry is innovating. Underneath it sits the question they mean: how will you use AI on my projects to save time and money. This is the answer, and the record behind it.

What is it doing? Drafting. The analysis of the brief, the strategic response, the creative brief, concepts and decks, estimates, supplier RFPs, schedules, budgets and fee tables, risk registers: the first draft of almost everything.

What does it change? Speed to a first answer, and where people spend their time. Fewer nights rebuilding a budget; more of the week on the work you are hired for.

Who is accountable? The same people as before. Every draft is committed by a named person, and the record shows who, when, and why.

Your client can see the same project you see: what was drafted, what was committed, and by whom. The line at the foot of every client-facing surface is the audit trail behind every number. It is your answer to their question.

How we will prove it: the first case study here will name the event, the client and the dates, and every figure will cite the record it was measured from and the person who signed it off. Nothing is published without both parties’ written consent, which is why there is not one here yet, and why there is no percentage on this page either.

HOW IT STARTS

Everything starts with a discovery session.

Then one live project, with us alongside. Not a transformation programme.

  1. 01

Discovery. A session with your leads: what you run today, where the spreadsheets hurt, which module is worth turning on first. It ends with a scope: one live project, the modules it needs, and the people who will commit on it.

  2. 02

Connect. Read-only access to the mailboxes you name. Nothing goes live without a signed data processing agreement, a named authoriser and a date on file, and your admin can see what we hold from day one. An hour of your IT lead’s time.

  3. 03

Set up. Your way of working goes in: your people and their roles, who commits what, your templates, rate cards and suppliers. We do the lifting; you check it.

  4. 04

First project. One live project, run on Agense beside what you use today. Agents draft, your people commit, and you have a named person on our side for the whole of it. Your data stays yours and leaves with you if you walk.

  5. 05

Review and extend. At wrap, the first figures you see are your own. Then the next project, the next module, or not. Nothing is published without your written consent.

Bring one project, the people who will commit on it, and your IT lead for an hour. We bring the rest.
